Project management
We provide project management services for building and civil engineering projects, acting as the client's closest advisor. The project manager holds overall responsibility for planning, organizing, and executing the project, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the agreed quality. We offer expert advice, source the necessary competencies, and safeguard the client's interests throughout the entire process.
Construction Management
Our construction management ensures that site execution is carried out in accordance with the contract, drawings, and applicable regulations. Our construction managers monitor progress, quality, HSE, and finances, and act as a link between contractors and the client. We ensure thorough documentation and continuous reporting, and handle deviations and changes efficiently.
Client advisory services
We support clients with strategic and operational advisory throughout the entire project. This includes early-phase assessments, contract strategy, regulatory dialogue, and quality assurance. As an independent advisor, we safeguard the client's interests and contribute to sound decision-making and efficient project execution.
Design Management
We manage the design process from concept to finalized drawings, coordinating all involved disciplines. The design manager ensures that solutions are feasible, cost-effective, and aligned with the client's needs. We facilitate effective collaboration between architects, consultants, and technical specialists, and follow up on progress and quality throughout the design phase.
HSE coordination service
We provide HSE coordination in accordance with the Norwegian Construction Client Regulations, both during the design phase (KP) and the execution phase (KU). Our HSE coordinators assist with the development and follow-up of HSE plans, risk assessments, and measures to ensure safe and efficient working conditions. We work closely with the client and the project organization to identify and reduce risks, and ensure that health, safety, and environmental requirements are upheld throughout the entire project.
Independent Verification
Vestkonsult AS performs independent verification (UAK) of execution for water, wastewater, and road infrastructure projects (VVA) in accordance with applicable standards and requirements. We ensure that critical aspects of production are properly addressed and correctly executed. All inspections are thoroughly documented, contributing to quality assurance and confidence in the construction project.
